Netflix’s upcoming film “Wall to Wall” has unveiled suspense-filled new stills ahead of its premiere!
“Wall to Wall” is an unpredictable thriller film that follows the story of Woo Sung (Kang Ha Neul), a young man who succeeded in buying his own home in an 84-square meter apartment but is plagued by unidentifiable noise between floors.
The newly released images capture the rising tension between Woo Sung, Eun Hwa (Yeom Hye Ran), the president of the residents’ association, and Jin Ho (Seo Hyun Woo), a suspicious neighbor living directly above Woo Sung.
Having bought the apartment through a massive loan, Woo Sung quickly becomes stressed by the persistent nightly noise. To make matters worse, the downstairs neighbor begins to suspect him of being the source. In an attempt to uncover the truth, Woo Sung visits Jin Ho, only to be met by a menacing look that causes him to recoil in fear.
Another still shows Woo Sung deeply focused on his laptop amidst a chaotic, cluttered room, raising curiosity about what he will uncover in the upcoming film.
An additional still highlights Eun Hwa, who is determined to prevent any disturbances in the building ahead of the upcoming train station opening. With a sharp and icy stare, she watches over the escalating conflicts and suspicions brewing among the residents.
Kang Ha Neul spoke about his transformation into Woo Sung, saying, “Woo Sung becomes increasingly sensitive and deteriorates mentally due to the noise between floors. When filming the scenes where he’s pushed to the edge, I thought to myself, ‘Have I ever played a character who falls apart this much?’”
Yeom Hye Ran described her character as “someone who appears kind and supportive on the outside but hides her ambitions underneath,” while Seo Hyun Woo shared his preparation process, saying, “Since Jin Ho is someone hardened by life’s battles, I gained weight and worked on portraying a more solid and gritty presence.”
“Wall to Wall” is set to be released on July 18.
