tvN’s “Head Over Heels” has released a new poster!
“Head Over Heels” is a fantasy romance drama about a boy who is fated to die and the young shaman who tries to rescue him from his fate. Cho Yi Hyun stars as Park Seong A, a high school student who leads a double life as a shaman by night. Choo Young Woo plays her first love Bae Gyeon U, who is plagued by bad luck and was born with the misfortune of a predestined death.

Previously on “Head Over Heels,” a vengeful spirit sealed away in an abandoned house was released. Park Seong A, who entered the house to save her friend despite it being a place she should never set foot in, found herself facing an unimaginable situation when Bae Gyeon U appeared before her, now possessed by the evil spirit. The episode ended with the possessed Bae Gyeon U approaching Park Seong A and saying, “Hello, shaman. You should say hello too.”
The newly released poster depicts the vengeful spirit Bong Soo, who haunted the abandoned house. Bae Gyeon U, who never let others get too close for fear he might bring misfortune upon them, was a thoughtful and warmhearted person. However, now that he is possessed by Bong Soo, that warmth is completely gone. Captured under blood-red lighting, his gaze is intense and cold.
As viewers wonder why the evil spirit, which was summoned by Yeom Hwa (Choo Ja Hyun) at the cost of her own life, chose to possess Bae Gyeon U, the poster’s caption heightens the intrigue by reading, “The evil spirit fixated on shaman Seong A.” It remains to be seen how the released spirit Bong Soo will affect the relationship between Park Seong A and Bae Gyeon U.
The production team commented, “The story is at an exciting turning point, with Bae Gyeon U fighting desperately not to be consumed by the evil spirit, and Park Seong A risking everything to protect him. You can look forward to Choo Young Woo’s performance as he perfectly portrays two contrasting characters.”
