tvN’s “Head Over Heels” has shared new stills ahead of its upcoming episode!
Based on a popular webtoon, “Head Over Heels” is a fantasy romance about a boy who is fated to die and the young shaman who tries to rescue him from his fate. Cho Yi Hyun stars as Park Seong A, a high school student who leads a double life as a shaman by night. Choo Young Woo plays her first love Bae Gyeon U, who is plagued by bad luck and was born with the misfortune of a predestined death.
The newly released stills capture Park Seong A confronting a fire ghost. The reason Park Seong A rushes into a warehouse engulfed in flames is, of course, Bae Gyeon U. The startled look on the face of Park Seong A, who does not easily get frightened by ghosts, heightens the tension.
The defeated look on Bae Gyeon U’s face, as he sits helplessly on the floor as if he has given up, deepens curiosity about the danger he’s facing.
More stills below capture a meeting between Park Seong A and Bae Gyeon U’s grandmother Oh Ok Soon (Gil Hae Yeon). Unlike their first encounter, where Park Seong A’s face was covered, her bright smile radiates warmth. Viewers are left wondering what request Oh Ok Soon—who has traveled all over the country seeking help to save her grandson plagued by misfortune—will make of Park Seong A.
The production team stated, “In episode 2, Park Seong A’s unwavering determination to save Bae Gyeon U will truly begin. Please look forward to seeing Seong A’s efforts as she does everything possible to save Gyeon U. The changes that come with the crisis Bae Gyeon U faces will also be intriguing.”
The next episode of “Head Over Heels” will air on June 24 at 8:50 p.m. KST.
