i-dle has hit 400 million views on YouTube for the first time! On June 19 at around 11:35 p.m. KST, i-dle’s music video for their 2023 hit song “Queencard” surpassed 400 million views on YouTube, marking the group’s first music video to achieve the feat. i-dle originally released the music video for “Queencard” on May 15, 2023 at 6 p.m. KST, meaning it took just over two years, one month, and four days to reach this milestone. The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) has announced its latest batch of official certifications! In 2020, the RIAJ implemented a new certification system for online streaming of songs, as an addition to its pre-existing certification systems for physical album shipments and digital download sales. According to the new system, songs are certified silver once they reach 30 million streams, gold at 50 million streams, and platinum at 100 million streams.
