BIGHIT MUSIC is gearing up to debut a new boy group following in the footsteps of BTS and TXT!
The upcoming boy group marks BIGHIT MUSIC’s first new group in approximately six years since the debut of TXT in 2019.
The new boy group consists of the five members Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho, and the group is gearing up to debut next month on August 18. As a “young creator crew,” they will personally create music, choreography , and videos based on their fresh and unique artistic abilities. The five members are all teenagers who will showcase their creativity in various fields including composing, writing lyrics, performance, videography, and more based on their personal stories. Rather than be boxed into traditional positions, they will work together as “co-creators.”
Previously, the members also participated in the creation of music and choreography of HYBE artists. Martin is one of the creators credited on songs such as TXT’s “Deja Vu,” “Miracle,” and “Beautiful Strangers” as well as ENHYPEN’s “Outside,” LE SSERAFIM’s “Pierrot,” and ILLIT’s “Magnetic.” James also participated in the choreography for “Deja Vu,” “Magnetic,” “Cherish (My Love),” and “Tick-Tack” as well as the production of the songs “Deja Vu,” “Miracle,” and “Magnetic” together with Martin.
