Spoilers
Previously on “Law and The City,” Ahn Ju Hyeong became visibly uncomfortable at the mere mention of his ex-girlfriend Park Su Jeong, making Kang Hui Ji curious about the story of their relationship.
Then, at the end of the latest episode of the drama, it was revealed that the case Ahn Ju Hyeong had been so desperate to get out of taking was none other than Park Su Jeong’s divorce suit. In the final scene, Ahn Ju Hyeong was shaken when Park Su Jeong (Lee Yoo Young) unexpectedly showed up in court without a legal representative, leading to an awkward reunion he hadn’t anticipated.
Because Ahn Ju Hyeong was unable to get out of handling the case, he is now stuck in the uncomfortable position of having to try to get Park Su Jeong’s husband Cha Jung Ho (Nam Yoon Ho) the best outcome possible in the divorce. He must also continue to interact with Park Su Jeong—an ex that he clearly isn’t over.
Meanwhile, Cha Jung Ho will make the situation even worse with his continuing impudence and shameless attitude. Additionally, as the case progresses, shocking truths about Cha Jung Ho and Park Su Jeong’s marriage will rise to the surface, making it impossible for Ahn Ju Hyeong to keep his cool.
To find out whether Ahn Ju Hyeong will be able to go up against his ex in divorce court, catch the next episode of “Law and The City” on July 13 at 9:20 p.m. KST!
