Former AB6IX member Lim Young Min has parted ways with his longtime agency.
On June 26, BRANDNEW MUSIC’s sublabel BRANDNEW-A released a statement announcing the conclusion of their exclusive contract with Lim Young Min.

Hello, this is BRANDNEW-A.
We would like to inform you that our exclusive contract with artist Lim Young Min has come to an end.
After thorough discussions regarding his future activities, both Lim Young Min and our company have mutually agreed to part ways.We sincerely thank everyone who has shown love and support for Lim Young Min over the years.
Lim Young Min first gained recognition through his appearance on Mnet’s “Produce 101 Season 2” in 2017. He went on to debut as part of the duo MXM with Kim Dong Hyun and later re-debuted as a member of AB6IX in May 2019. He departed from the group in June 2020 following a DUI incident.
After completing his mandatory military service in May 2022, Lim Young Min resumed his entertainment career with the release of his first solo EP “ROOM” in 2023.
