Mun Ka Young will make a strong first impression on her fellow attorneys in “Law and The City”!
tvN’s “Law and The City” is a new drama that follows five associate attorneys—Ahn Ju Hyeong (Lee Jong Suk), Kang Hui Ji (Mun Ka Young), Cho Chang Won (Kang You Seok), Bae Mun Jeong (Ryu Hye Young), and Ha Sang Gi (Im Seong Jae)—as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives. These salaried lawyers, employed by law firms, commute each day to the bustling legal district of Seocho.
In the upcoming first episode of the drama, rookie lawyer Kang Hui Ji successfully starts a new job at the law firm Chohwa, which is located on the eighth floor of the Hyungmin Building. On her first day at work, the eager and enthusiastic Kang Hui Ji reads the handover document left for her by her predecessor, and she discovers a special message instructing her to seek out the “Law-vengers” to grab meals and chat.
After reading the message, Kang Hui Ji immediately contacts Bae Mun Jeong, and she winds up meeting the four other associate attorneys from the Hyungmin Building—a squad also known as the “Law-vengers”—for the first time.
Notably, the biggest reason that Kang Hui Ji eagerly looks forward to meeting the Law-vengers is Ahn Ju Hyeong. In newly released stills from the drama’s first episode, Kang Hui Ji gazes excitedly at Ahn Ju Hyeong with sparkling eyes when she finally gets to meet him, but she is greeted with indifference: Ahn Ju Hyeong gazes coolly back at her with his arms crossed, suggesting he doesn’t return her enthusiasm.
However, in spite of Ahn Ju Hyeong’s frosty welcome, Kang Hui Ji will make an unforgettable impression on the Law-vengers with her unique presence and aura.
