SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups celebrated his birthday by giving back the love he has received in a meaningful way!
On August 8, the Community Chest of Korea announced that S.Coups has donated 50 million won (approximately $36,160) to support children from low-income families in celebration of his birthday.
With this donation, S.Coups became the 3710th member of the Honor Society, a group of major donors to the Community Chest of Korea.
In accordance with S.Coups’s wishes to support children and youth, the donation will be used to provide meal support for children at risk of missing meals during summer vacation. In particular, the funds will be used to help ensure the healthy growth of children from vulnerable backgrounds, focusing on local children’s centers across the country.
S.Coups shared, “Thanks to the love from my fans, my birthday is remembered as a special day for me every year. To express my gratitude, I wanted to give back some of the love I have received to society,” and added, “I support the healthy growth of all children and youth.”
