The Seoul High Court has denied the NewJeans members’ appeal and upheld the original decision barring them from engaging in independent activities. Back in March, the Seoul Central District Court granted ADOR’s request for an injunction prohibiting the NewJeans members from carrying out independent entertainment activities, such as signing advertisement contracts without ADOR’s knowledge or approval.
