JTBC is planning to fill your weekends with K-dramas, from Friday all the way through Sunday!

On June 27, JTBC released a “Dramatic Weekend” teaser featuring its impressive lineup of cast members from upcoming dramas.

In the teaser, actors Lee Dong Wook and Lee Jin Uk show off their sharp suits and ask, “How about Friday?” and “What are you doing on Saturday and Sunday?”—posing questions sure to make hearts flutter. Their irresistible invitations—“I’ll come pick you up,” “Come out, let’s meet”—are followed by the reveal of JTBC’s Friday and Saturday-Sunday lineup, raising anticipation for the double weekend drama lineup that kicks off on Fridays.

The newly launched JTBC Friday series is set to capture viewers’ hearts in the second half of the year with three romance dramas, each with its own unique charm. The first to premiere is “The Nice Guy” starring Lee Dong Wook and Lee Sung Kyung, which will premiere on July 18.

Following that, “My Youth,” a fresh take on the blossoming romance of youth starring Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee, and “Love Me,” which depicts the growth of relationships within Seo Hyun Jin’s character’s family as she embarks on a new love, will join the Friday series lineup in September and December, respectively.

JTBC’s currently airing weekend drama “Good Boy” has been sailing smoothly, ranking at the top in buzz for four consecutive weeks and showing a steady rise in viewership ratings. Following its success, the second half of the year will see a strong lineup of well-made dramas featuring trusted actors and a variety of genres, including “Esquire” (literal title), “A Hundred Memories” (literal title), “The Story of Manager Kim Who Owns a Home in Seoul and Works at a Major Corporation” (literal title), and “Waiting for Gyeongdo” (literal title).
