Disney+’s upcoming drama “Twelve” has unveiled a thrilling new glimpse of its action-filled story!
Inspired by the 12 zodiac animals of the East, “Twelve” tells the story of 12 angels living in the human world in human form to protect the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits. Long ago, the angels barely managed to seal the forces of evil in the gates of hell through their sacrifice, bringing peace. However, with the evil spirits awakening, chaos returns.
The teaser opens with a powerful appearance by Tae San (Ma Dong Seok), one of the eight remaining angels now living quietly in the human world after four of their comrades were lost in the battle to seal the darkness. However, peace is shattered when Ogui (Park Hyung Sik), a formidable evil force, is reawakened by Sa Min (Kim Chan Hyung).
Hinting at dark times ahead, Sa Min ominously declares, “Now, I will turn the world into hell and transform all humans into evil spirits.” Though Tae San and other angels once vowed not to interfere in human affairs—and now doubt whether they have enough strength to take down Ogui—Ma Rok (Sung Dong Il), the manager of the 12 angels, reminds them of their purpose, saying, “The reason we exist is to help the human world.”
The rest of the teaser is packed with action sequences that highlight each angel’s unique abilities. In one scene, Ogui dramatically spreads his wings, signaling that he will not be an easy opponent. Will the angels be able to recover their strength and save the world once again?
